It wasn't just the answer to that question that he took in good humour but a number of others.
Also the fact he did the interview - over the phone, when i'm sure he has better things to be doing.

When Lawro was interview in WHO's View from the opposition a few years back:
Q: Your prediction league causes excitement when you predict us to lose as you're nearly always wrong - what is your prediction for this weeks game?
A. Fans of every club say the same thing to me. Listen, If I could predict accurately I would be sitting on a yacht in the Bahamas rather than doing a silly predictor league.
Good value was old Lawro in that interview and my opinion of him changed from that day

Lawro is just a contrary bugger when it comes to WHU.
Of course, anything COULD happen (it's football!) but it'd be a minor surprise were we to lose this one:
- Watford have scored one home goal in 5 games
- We've scored twelve away in 5 games
- Watford have failed to score in 5 games
- We've scored in all 10 (2+ in 9 of them)
So, some major form reversal required. Having said that we do need to score first. Do that and 2 or 3 more might well follow.

I think we are unpredictable thats what makes it so good when we beat the so called top teams...but them again we tend to come unstuck against teams that we believe we should beat.
The main thing is the football is good and this is a great time to be West Ham, our day is coming....

Lawro and I are similar - not because I'm an international footballer, but because over many years West Ham have on occasions flattered to deceive, and it's difficult to accept that their current form is going to last.
